Lavenham Just Beautiful

I saw pictures of Lavenham about 25 years ago and then a friend told how lovely it was and I wanted to visit it was quiet a surprise to discover it was about 45 minutes by bus from Bury St Edmunds so decided to visit. There were other people on the bus going there too we arrived in this beautiful fairy tale town. I walked to St Peter and Paul church it was closed but walked around the grounds. I walked back and bought an ice cream and a postcard. I was enjoying this beautiful town those houses my fave kind and so colorful. I happened to walk another way and found a whole new area with shops and got a bite to eat and found a bench to sit on.

Bury St Edmunds

I knew someone who visited Bury St Edmunds and other nearby towns so I decided to visit that area. So I took a train, there I had trouble finding the Guest house I asked a guy who was walking on his lunch hour he checked a map and we started walking. We did get a bit lost as he missed a step kept apologizing but I finally got to the right area, and discovered I had gone the wrong way about and learned the lesson and much shorter way there after. I looked around town a bit then we to my room. The next morning after a lovely breki I headed to the Abbey.
